The National Strategy is a cross-sectional policy document. The main goals of national development of the National Strategy are: “A Secure Nation, Contented People, Continued Economic Growth, An Equal Society, and Sustainable Natural Resources.” The strategic guidelines promote sustainable waste management and the use and production of bio-plastics in the bio-industry.
The primary driver was political, section 65 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand stipulates that the State should develop a national strategy which is to be employed as the country’s goal for sustainable national development in accordance with the principle of good governance.
There was insufficient evidence available to complete the evaluation framework at the time of the assessment.
